Each mystery box is hand-picked by us, so you shouldn’t receive duplicate items in the same box.
If you have purchased multiple boxes and receive duplicate items, Contact Us to arrange a return, refund or item swap.

Delivery

No, at the moment, we only ship within the UK. We’re a small, couple-run business and focusing on UK orders helps us ensure quality and reliability. We hope to expand in the future!

Orders are usually processed within 2 working days, and delivery typically takes 3-5 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your box is on the way.

Because each mystery box is a surprise, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty damaged, or a duplicate. If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
